Great Start Workshop
 

This workshop aims to improve your confidence and develop the skills needed to live life gluten free. Includes information on label reading and eating out.

Increase the variety of foods in your shopping basket! Supermarket tours are hands on and allow you to put your label reading skills into practice.

Where:
Supa IGA Wembley, 320 Cambridge Street, Wembley
Time:
9:30am (meet out the front)
Cost:
$15 per person
Partners are welcome but will also be charged for attendance.

This event is held each year from 13-20 March. This year the inaugrual Gluten Free Food and Allergy Expo was held at the Perth Convention Centre on 15/16 March, 2008. Next years expo will be held on the 21/22 March. For more information go to www.glutenfreeinwa.com.au
